Cleaning RV Machine Ink Pump Filter Tutorial
1、remove the roller from the machine
2、Remove the 14 screws on the drum, as shown in the figure
3、After removing the screws, as shown in the figure
4、Use a knife to cut the film of the drum steel mesh connector
5、Then use a Phillips screwdriver to take out the 2 screws of the ink pump
6、Take out the ink pump screw and unplug the ink pump cable
7、Remove the 2 screws with a Phillips screwdriver after taking out the ink pump
8、Remove the ink pump screw and take out the ink pump nozzle, then wipe off the ink with a paper towel and you will see the filter in the ink pump
9、After wiping the filter in the ink pump with a paper towel
10、After reinstalling the ink pump filter, (pay attention to the sealing film)
11、After reinstalling the ink pump nozzle, as shown in the figure
12、Reinstall the entire ink pump and install the screws, the main sealing rubber ring and plug in the power cord
13、Use electrical film or special fiber tape to glue the steel mesh connection
14、Tighten the screws, use a flat-head screwdriver to tighten the gauze carefully and then tighten the screws
15、It can be used normally after reinstalling 14 screws.
